

NHA TRANG IS STILL ATTRACTIVE TO REAL ESTATE INVESTORS
Not only attracting investors from major provinces and cities nationwide, Nha Trang is also the destination of people in the Central Highlands thanks to mountain – sea connecting expressway.
Nha Trang's real estate market is gradually busy again after a period of silence due to the influence of Covid-19. As noted by the local real estate exchanges, the market began to have transactions from the end of September. "The number of people interested in projects has increased by 20-30% compared to the peak of the epidemic. Many investors quietly returned to Nha Trang market to catch the bottom," Le Thanh Hung, an broker said.

Besides, Khanh Hoa is gradually realizing the goal of being a city directly under the Central authority, with the orientation that Nha Trang will be a national and international coastal city. The urban development budget until 2030 is nearly VND 50,000 billion with a series of specific strategies.
Among the transport infrastructure projects being implemented, there are 3 remarkable road projects that are promising to bring many changes to the coastal city, including North - South expressway at Cam Lam - Vinh Hao section with total length of 78.5 km, total investment capital of VND 8,925 billion; Ngoc Hoi Vinh Diem Trung intersection located at the intersection between the railway and Road 23/10, total investment of more than VND 1,240 billion; Ring road connecting Ngoc Hoi intersection, total investment capital of VND 3,500 billion. Besides, Nha Trang - Phan Thiet expressway and Nha Trang - Binh Dinh expressway are being promoted, which will help connect tourists to the pearl bay more easily.
In particular, by promoting its strength as the gateway to the Central Highlands, the province has been currently promoting many key traffic projects in this area, starting with Da Lat - Nha Trang expressway project, about 85 km long, expected to start construction in 2021-2025 period, and Buon Ma Thuot - Nha Trang expressway with 113 km long, total investment of VND 19,500 billion. These two expressways are important to connect forest-sea tourism and create a driving force for economic development of the whole region.

The scenery on both sides of the road is picturesque with boundless and majestic mountains... "I believe every visitor will want to enjoy this unique and fascinating experience", Mr. Phong said.
Mr. Van Dung Chinh, a member of Khanh Hoa Real Estate Brokers Association, said that the real estate market in Nha Trang City is not only for people with real residential needs in the province but also is still attractive to investors from all over the country. Especially, in the context of the epidemic, the desire to own a second home for relaxation and health recovery is as high as today.
According to a recent survey by the Manulife Asia Care Survey program, 100% of Vietnamese participants said that they want to change their living space or need to seek for real estate products with a high health index. In the real estate market, housing products with landscape design close to nature and diverse utility system and focusing on community health in closed urban areas have been receiving much attention.
