Following the social event in Binh Dinh Province, Hung Thinh Corp donated VND 2.5 billion to the “HCMC Fund for the Poor" to build 50 gratitude houses in HCMC. This is a fundraising activity within the 18th "City of Love - Love Connection 2018” event held by HCMC Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and HCMC Television in Oct 18th, 2018.

Bearing the beautiful humane philosophy “Nothing is more beautiful than love between people” in mind, the music show "City of Love - Love Connection" is held annually to raise funds for the "Fund of the poor" to share and care for the needy people in the city in time. The major activities of the fund include financial support to build gratitude houses, awarding Nguyen Huu Tho scholarship; presenting means of transports to students, financial support for vocational training, foreign language and informatics training, etc. for needy families. Thanks to these meaningful and practical activities, Hung Thinh Corp has donated VND 2.5 billion to “Fund of the Poor” to build 50 gratitude houses for poor families.

Speaking at the event, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau - Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: "The Party, authorities and people of HCMC are always working hard to successfully and sustainably reduce the poverty in the city. During the past 18 years, the Fund of the Poor has successfully completed its mission to connect with enterprises, donors and citizens to help needy families”. In the program “City of Love – Love Connection" of this year, the Fund has raised VND 40 billion.

Presenting the 50 gratitude houses (40 gratitude houses with the total cost of VND 2 billion previously in Binh Dinh province in April 2018) is one of many charitable activities of Hung Thinh Corp for the needy people, which shows the humane cultures of Vietnamese people.
