In July, 2018, Hung Thinh Corp. successfully held the first condominium association meetings for two apartment buildings: Citizen.TS and Vung Tau Melody in the term of 2018-2020 and received a high consensus of many residents.

 

Specifically, the first condominium meeting of Citizen.TS apartments was held on July 1st, 2018 at block 3,4 zone I (Citizen.TS), street 9A, Trung Son Residence, Saigon South New Urban Area; The first condominium meeting of Vung Tau Melody was held on July 8th, 2018 at ground floor, block A, Vung Tau Melody apartments (the corner of Vo Thi Sau street and Hoang Hoa Tham street, Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City) in accordance with Circular of No. 02/2016 /TT-BXD dated Feb 15th, 2016 by the Ministry of Construction.

 

Attending the meeting are the Vice Chairman of Binh Hung Commune (Binh Chanh District, HCMC),
representatives of Hung Thinh Corp, Prohome Real Estate Management Joint Stock Company (JSC)
and the Citizen.TS apartments’ owners

Attending the meeting are the Chairman of Thang Tam Ward; the representatives of Thang Tam Ward Public Security,
Vung Tau City Department of Home Affairs, Hung Thinh Corp and Prohome Real Estate Management JSC;
and Vung Tau Melody’s home owners

 

In the meeting, a number of important issues were gone through such as the Meeting Agenda, the Regulations of the Condominium Meeting, the Working Regulations of the Meeting, the Regulations on election of the Board of Directors, the Regulations on Financial Management of the Board of Directors, Apartment rules and regulations. The questions raised by Citizen.TS and Vung Tau Melody Apartments’ homeowners were also answered.

The meeting ended successfully and the Board of Directors of the term 2018 – 2020 have been elected. The Board members are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic people who are responsible for financial, legal, physical and relational matters within the homeowners' association.
